Are you spending
too much time writing work orders? Time is money and
any time saved writing service is more time for you
selling service in the shop! That's why Winworks AutoShop
was designed to make service writing easier and faster.
For over 7 years, Winworks programmers have worked
directly with shop owners across the country to give
you a powerful yet easy service writing tool.
You can locate a customer by their name, phone
number, license plate, vin number or fleet number
and write a work order with just one click. With
Winworks AutoShop, you can pre-build custom Standard
Tasks which can contain the labor hours, a detailed
description of the task and any number of parts.
Once imported, you can make any changes necessary.
Locating a particular standard task is easy with
our Powersearch feature. The AutoText system stores
phrases and sentences that can be entered with just
3 letters saving you typing time every time you
use them. The AutoFill feature fills in customer
names and vehicle makes and models as you type them.
Preset Discounts will remember which customers have
a senior discount, for example, and automatically
calculate that for you. Service writing power tools
give you the power to adjust the total price for
a list of parts, or get to a specific labor charge
amount with just one click.
Winworks AutoShop uses On the fly Editing to allow
you to edit a customer address, vehicle information,
add a new vendor, edit part or standard task information,
etc. without exiting the current window. You can
even minimize the current work order, write another
and come back to the previous work order using our
Multiple Document Interface technology. Winworks
AutoShop is Task Based allowing you to group information
by specific job. Older systems simply listed parts
on one side of the work order and labor on another
side making it virtually impossible for your customer
to determine the cost of a particular job. Since
Winworks AutoShop does not commingle task information,
you can get service specific cost, price, sales
and profit analysis information in your management
reports.
