SPC1+ Enterprise
is a powerful statistical analysis software package
with an easy-to-use interface designed specifically
for shop-floor use
featuring real-time data entry
with or with our gages and Microsoft Access or SQL
Server database data storage. Access control, traceability
and predefined ASD Desktop Explorer and Workset views
help you manage and control your operators, data and
make the software easy for novice users.
The ASD Desktop Explorer View allows administrators
to monitor multiple data collection processes from
a central location, manage the database, create
or modify Worksets, import historical information
and generate reports. The Workset View helps operators
collect data with pre-defined configurations based
on the operators log-in, and supports automatic
date and time stamping, data validation, traceability
and assignable cause and corrective action fields.
An Auto Advanced feature also helps guide operators
through the data collection process.
Charts are created and updated in real-time, and
operators and managers are automatically notified
in the event of an out of control condition or the
violation of the Western Electric Run Tests. Optional
Assignable Cause and Corrective Action information
may also be required in the event of user defined
problems with the process.
SPC1+ Enterprise Professional includes all the
features of SPC1+ Enterprise plus Advanced Analysis,
Remote Monitoring, and built-in Report Writer
