MRP / MRPII / ERP
functionality is a critical component of the competitive
manufacturing enterprise.
Properly designed and implemented
systems provide benefits including minimization of
inventory investment and shortage, efficient utilization
of labor and other resources, and improved communication.
The MPAC system is an integrated set of MRP / MRP
II / ERP applications for manufacturing, distribution,
EDI, data collection, and accounting. The system
is designed to excel in the range of applications
addressed as well as in flexibility, responsiveness,
and ease of use.
Since its introduction in 1979, MPAC has been continually
groomed and enhanced for improved functionality
and to incorporate current technologies and business
practices. In addition to the traditional data base,
the system also supports data objects including
image data, drawings, ISO 9000 spec sheets, and
unlimited free form text. The MPAC PC-Connect client
side software for Windows platforms provides the
ideal interface to the Unix/Linux server based applications.
